Teach them to programmatically score accounts by pain level and need for specific value props in their solution. All while pushing scale as an imperative. And after serving 30+ B2B companies & sending 3M+ emails, here’s my best practice: Once you build your ICP, you need to create a map: • What public data, if true (or false), tells me a pain I solve probably exists? • What public data signals a need for a specific value prop in my solution? Then you cut the entire market into segments based on that data, refine your offer for cold traffic, and build messaging per segment. Once message–segment fit is reached, you scale it fully. When all segments reach fit? That’s message–market fit. Then you hit every prospect with a sequence every 60–90 days — on repeat — to maximize growth. Anything else?
