• As AVP-Partnerships and Alliances, played a leadership role in the functions of strategy development, fund raising and placement partnerships at B-ABLE, a pioneering skill development organization for the under-privileged.
• B-ABLE is among the largest players in the sector (Ranked 13th in the country among 100 companies in terms of students trained in 2013-14).

• Strategy: Led the strategy development and review process; was the driving factor behind key strategic decisions that changed the course of the organisation
• Fund raising: Instrumental in securing a Rs. 12.5 Mn grant from a social venture fund for a specific project; anchored all fund-raising efforts of the organisation
• Financial Analysis: Put in place the systems and formats for financial analysis, and revamped the review process with more granular and insightful P&L and financial analysis

• As Associate Principal in the Corporate Advisory Division, I led a team of 11 consultants/analysts across assignments in the Healthcare Advisory Practice. Clients included leading private equity firms such as Advent International, India Equity Partners and corporates such as the Avantha Group, the Kirloskar Group, Wockhardt Hospitals, Dr. Lal Path Labs, Baxter India. This Practice earned a revenue of ~ Rs. 25 mn (~20% of divisional revenue).

• 1. Due-diligence and valuation (Leading Imaging diagnostics player, 2009-10): Our financial model enabled client to invest at significant discount to initial valuation
• 2. Performance improvement: (300-bed tertiary care hospital in west India, 2007-08): Our 4 month involvement saw a 23% y-o-y increase in total revenue
• 3. Due-diligence (Leading super-specialty chain, 2010): Client (PE Fund) successfully invested in the player
