• Earned a special recognition award from the Customer Operations VP for significantly improving the Employee Engagement survey results by 30% and achieved top quartile results within the industry one year after joining.
• With high employee engagement, my team delivered operational excellence, exceptional customer experience and generated value through lean initiatives of US$ 2mln.
• Recruited young talents and developed individual contributors to successful leaders of teams and mentored team leaders in Thailand and Malaysia to support them in their personal and professional aspirations.
