Simultaneously, ownership of new-joiner onboarding ensures consultants start strong, boosting productivity, confidence, and retention.
• By converting ground-level information into actionable intelligence and supporting first-level client coordination, this role bridges recruitment, delivery, and the client—driving predictability, stronger engagement, and long-term account stability.
