About

I have spent 13 years building Powtoon from a scrappy animation startup into a unified AI video platform trusted by 850+ enterprises, including companies like Lockheed Martin, Pfizer and mastercard. Along the way, I learned something that most AI commentary misses: the hard part of enterprise AI is not the technology. It is governance, compliance, procurement, change management, and getting 10,000 employees to actually use the thing you built. Today, Powtoon integrates best-of-breed AI engines (HeyGen, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Google Veo, and more) into a single platform with centralized security, brand governance, and compliance controls. One platform. One audit. One governance model. That is what enterprise AI should look like. I write about what I have learned doing this for real: how to buy AI without creating tool sprawl, how to get regulated industries to say yes, and what happens when you try to turn an entire workforce into innovators. If you are a CIO trying to figure out enterprise AI adoption, a CHRO rethinking how your workforce communicates, or a CFO staring at a spreadsheet of 15 different AI tools your teams bought without asking, I have probably been through your exact problem already. Let's talk.
