I use my experience as a psychotherapist and management trainer in helping leaders lead themselves, their co-workers and their organisations. For inspirational examples our company uses moviefragments that contain examples of how leadership works best. We use a leadership development model called The Double Healix, which describes cycles of human and organizational behavior and seven increasingly more complex levels of personality development and leadership. My goal in life is to realize my fullest potential and help people find ways to realize theirs. I believe that we can move from overconsumption into a more healthy way of functioning by seeing the beauty of what is right in front of us. I believe that healthy and happy people want to contribute and share. I believe that we can move much further into a services, experience and meaning oriented society. I believe conscousness is a first step, but we also have to open our heart and mobilize our willpower. Specialties: I am an inspirational speaker and as a trainer I guide leaders into using their fullest potential. I also support and coach leaders who are already using their fullest potential. As a trainer I can be confronting in a compassionate way.

We are pioneering in blended learning using clips from movies and documentaries for management development, organizational change and corporate storytelling. We help build communities that train each other through filming, uploading and sharing their self-filmed best practices, through peer groups and self organized training sessions. We differentiate between levels and phases of leadership, based on the Double Healix model. Our goal is to make this new way of learning not only available to commercial organisations, but eventually also to NGO's, universities, students, parents and children. We strive to create an international database of valued behavior in education and leadership. We hope to show that we can learn a lot from each-other, from our differences and from what we have in common.
