• I worked alongside the Chief Operating Officer and the Vice President of Exploration. My projects focused on opportunities in South Africa, Namibia, Nigeria, and Equatorial Guinea.
• Achievements:
• Technical Advisor for the strategic farm out of the Venus project offshore Namibia. A $Billion deal targeting production of as much as 180,000 barrels per day.
• Technical Advisor for the strategic amalgamation of offshore Nigeria. Doubling the company's reserves base.
• Building an AI agent platform to power M&A and oil and gas decision-making.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead subsurface evaluations of M&A targets.
• Support quarterly and annual business reporting processes.
• Provide assurance on company assets.
• Provide project management support, including advising on project framing, preparing project plans, and supporting the team in project delivery.
• Provide engineering support to exploration projects, including the farm-out process, partner meetings, well and reservoir simulation modelling of prospects, and screening economics.
