Currently, I am a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), helping clients and candidates on the topics of executive search and leadership advisory in the technology space (across technology companies and for technology officers) In my last role, I was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company. During my 5 years of tenure at the firm, I spent significant time in India, UK, Singapore and Europe. I worked with global clients in TMT (Technology and IT services), Merger Management (M&A), and Advanced Analytics-led growth (DNA), across various topics, ranging from strategy to operations excellence and digital transformation. Prior to McKinsey, I worked for 2 years at Samsung Electronics in the Advanced R&D team. I have completed my MBA from IIM Lucknow (Institute Rank 7) and my engineering from IIT Delhi (Department Rank 7, AIR 163 in IIT-JEE), with exchange terms across both schools (at Bocconi, Italy and NTHU, Taiwan) I consider myself a Work-In-Progress Global Citizen. My interests include travel, fitness, mindfulness, startups, investing, and electronic music.
