Hi, I’m Kartikye 👋🏻 I’ve spent years inside the chaos of payouts, as people pay users, influencers, contractors, and morel there’s delays, failures, 2 a.m. fixes, and endless “Why didn’t I get paid?” messages. Growing up across India, Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia, and the U.S. taught me this: money is cultural, so people need to get paid out in the ways they can use best, whether that’s Venmo, M-PESA, UPI, Paypal, you name it. Of course, the expectation is universal: it should arrive on time. These learnings meant I stopped patching broken systems and built what I wished existed. Today, I’m the Co-Founder & CTO at Dots, moving $100M+ each month for platforms paying creators, contractors, gamers, and anyone earning online.
