I spend a significant part of my work: aligning HR, leadership, and partner stakeholders designing partnership-led models that enhance existing wellness programs, not complicate them ensuring execution remains strong after rollout — because benefits only matter when they are used, especially on a bad day I’m particularly interested in how eldercare can: strengthen the employer value proposition improve utilisation of wellness and OPD benefits support sustainable, people-first work cultures without increasing operational burden I also write about work culture, caregiving, burnout, and balance — with honesty and clarity — because leadership decisions need real conversations, not buzzwords.
