Most employee wellness programs are well-intentioned. Very few are designed for the moments that actually disrupt work — family health and caregiving emergencies. I work across employee wellbeing, eldercare, and strategic partnerships, helping HR leaders and CXOs strengthen their existing wellness and insurance programs by addressing a gap that directly impacts productivity, retention, and engagement: support for parents and families. My role spans clients, partners, and alliances. I collaborate closely with leadership teams, insurers, brokers, and ecosystem partners to integrate eldercare, OPD, emergency response, and family wellness into current benefit structures — in a way that is practical, scalable, and commercially viable. What experience has made clear: when employees are managing hospital calls, ageing-parent care, or sudden medical emergencies, performance drops quietly — long before it shows up in dashboards. That’s where the right support system creates real value. I spend a significant part of my work: aligning HR, leadership, and partner stakeholders designing partnership-led models that enhance existing wellness programs, not complicate them ensuring execution remains strong after rollout — because benefits only matter when they are used, especially on a bad day I’m particularly interested in how eldercare can: strengthen the employer value proposition improve utilisation of wellness and OPD benefits support sustainable, people-first work cultures without increasing operational burden I also write about work culture, caregiving, burnout, and balance — with honesty and clarity — because leadership decisions need real conversations, not buzzwords.
