• Jasmijn had the full P&L Responsibility of the Delivery Division Oracle Solutions. This Division consists of 200 FTE with a focus on implementing Oracle products at Clients. Next to the internal responsibility, Jasmijn was also responsible for the partner relation with Oracle and the partnerships with other parties in the industry such as IBM Services. One of the cultural changes achieved by Jasmijn was the fact that the management team of Jasmijn was working according to LEAN principles and was self managing.

• In this project Jasmijn was responsible for the overall solution architecture. The project was divided into several sub-projects where Jasmijn guarded the overall solution. She was part of the Design Authority, where architectural strategy was determined and where decisions were made together with multiple architects.

• After the initial implementation of CRM, Vopak wanted to keep expanding the success of CRM. New functionality needed to be developed and end users needed support. Jasmijn was managing a team of 2-5 colleagues that was working on new releases. She was the strategic conversation partner for Vopak, discussing the possibilities to grow in the future and to reach optimal support in their processes.

• Responsible for design, build and implementation of Oracle CRM on Demand globally (31 countries, 80 locations)
• The goal of the overall CRM project was to design and implement a global CRM solution to improve service to Vopak’s customer by having better insight and more information available, a more consistent treatment of customers throughout the globe and a simplified and uniform CRM process.
• Jasmijn and her team had the challenge to define global sales business processes and translate these busi-ness processes into one single SaaS solution.
• Jasmijn was part of the global roll out team. Every division was prepared by the global roll out team in one week of pressure cooking workshops. (North America (Houston), Latin America (Veracruz), EMEA (Rotterdam and Scheveningen) and APAC (Singapore)).

• Implementation of a European front office CRM solution according to best practice processes. Jasmijn was the Offshore Design & Build Coordinator within this Rightshore project. As the linking pin between the offshore Capgemini team (India) and the on-site team (NL), Jasmijn had a more than fundamental role in the realization of the deliverables within the set time, budget and quality standards. She was responsible for securing the quality of the collaboration between Capgemini India and Capgemini Netherlands. For this project Jasmijn lived in Mumbai, India for 9 months.
