I build the people engines that power category-defining companies, and I do it with a deep bias for data, automation, and AI. Over 20 years, I've led Talent Acquisition and People Experience for some of India's most ambitious organisations. At Swiggy, I helped scale the workforce 10x, expanded hiring from 8 to over 500 cities, and owned the full employee lifecycle from Hire to Exit. Over time, my role grew into a broader People Experience mandate, where I led Onboarding, HR Shared Services, HR Systems, HR Analytics, and Payroll for a large, distributed workforce. I've always believed that the best candidate experience and the best employee experience are built on the same foundation: empathy, data, and operational excellence. I do my best work at the intersection of business strategy, people leadership, and scale. Whether that's mapping talent for a new geography, building HR systems for over 10,000 workforce, or sitting across from a CXO to figure out what kind of people will actually move the needle, this is the work I find most meaningful. I believe the future of HR is human-centred and AI-enabled. It's a future I've been quietly building for years, and I'm just getting started.
