In 2017, I was a Senior Manager at LTI with a 11 year tenure, a stable paycheck, and a well-defined corporate ladder. On paper, I had "made it." But I felt a pull toward something more, a need to challenge my own limits and solve problems from the edge of innovation. 𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗽. I left the comfort of a well-established job to dive headfirst into entrepreneurship.
