With over 16 years of experience in IT Industry across Business Design, Digital Transformation, and Experience Consulting, I have worked with clients in multiple industries and geographies, delivering innovative and user-centric solutions. My passion is to build a strong practice that lays its foundation on ingenuity, great talent, industry tailored tools and techniques, and a creative ecosystem that fosters innovation. I have led and orchestrated several Design workshops across B2C, B2B, and B2E areas, employing techniques like observation, immersion, and contextual enquiry to identify user needs and challenges, and leveraging proprietary toolkits to generate ideas and prototypes. I have also conceptualised and created solutions for emerging technologies, such as contactless banking, digital property dashboard, and bank as an aggregator. In 2019, our team received the Nasscom Design Award for our work in interactive strategy and innovation for a leading Manufacturer.
