• Leading the team that manages a portfolio of raw materials feedstock contracts that ensures NOVA's Sarnia and Louisiana petrochemical assets have a secure supply of raw materials to maximize the production of polyethylene plastic. Our focus is on optimization of costs through deal negotiations, and development of NOVA's business relationships and new mutually beneficial opportunities. Ensuring cost competitive raw material supply supports NOVA's exciting plans to grow ethylene production in Sarnia by more than half and to position NOVA for aspirational growth at other assets including in Louisiana.

• Evaluated and developed new long-term opportunities with supply partners to ensure security of feedstock supply to NOVA Chemicals assets in Alberta and Ontario. These efforts include identifying opportunities through synthesis of market intelligence and strategic planning, playing a key role on the deal team and managing relationships with raw material suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels to operationalize the deal. Working closely with executives and senior leaders both internally and with suppliers, I had closed 4 major feedstock agreements to support polyethylene production. This work also had direct exposure to Alberta's NGTL system and related natural gas processing and extraction infrastructure and natural gas processing infrastructure in the Marcellus and Utica producing basins.

• Relying on my North American natural gas, natural gas liquids and midstream infrastructure market experience, I was responsible for the successful commercial execution of NOVA Chemical's multimillion dollar ethane feedstock portfolio to ensure the availability of raw material supply to meet the demands of the Alberta ethylene manufacturing facility. Maintaining close working relationship with product suppliers (energy producers and gas processing infrastructure providers) and advocating for NOVA's interests in commercial agreements was key.

• Helped NOVA make its imprint on the North American natural gas liquids (NGL) and midstream industry by providing recommendations on the structure of long term strategic deals to secure supply for NOVA Chemical's two world scale ethylene plants in Ontario and Alberta, identifying new opportunities throughout North America including new sources of NGLs and presentations to senior leadership of business cases based on structured and disciplined statistical analysis to addresses uncertainties in decision making.

• Provided subject matter expert leadership to the low density polyethylene plastics plant which surpassed a 30 year continuously on-line time record. Project managed and implemented strategic capital projects valued at approximately $5MM, provided direction and mentorship to operations personnel as the point of contact for process optimization which to led successful experimental product trials and sales of new products.
