I am the Managing Director and CEO of Strategic Alliance Management Services (SAMS), a specialist consulting and services firm supporting organisations across India’s social impact sector. I lead all core verticals of SAMS, including: • Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring – executive search and large-scale national recruitment campaigns • Third-Party Staffing and Payrolling Services – enabling compliant, scalable workforce deployment • Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM) – particularly complex, multi-state assignments supporting India’s national public health programmes Over the past three decades, SAMS has partnered with national and international not-for-profit organisations, foundations, bilateral and multilateral agencies, and implementation partners. I remain closely involved in the firm’s most strategic and complex engagements, especially those requiring scale, coordination, and cross-stakeholder alignment. A current priority is upgrading SAMS’ services through deep adoption and integration of technology—across recruitment workflows, assessment, compliance, data management, reporting, and candidate engagement—while retaining the rigour, ethics, and sector sensitivity that define our work. In parallel, I personally steer initiatives focused on supporting social impact professionals seeking employment, including: • Resume and LinkedIn Profile Optimisation • Structured Interview Coaching for mid-career and senior professionals These offerings are designed to help professionals present their experience with clarity, authenticity, and role alignment in an increasingly technology-driven hiring environment. Our digital affiliate, SAMS-STC, is building a broader ecosystem for the social impact sector—bringing together hiring and tendering support, job aggregation, and a platform for professionals available for consulting and project-based assignments to signal their availability.
