  • RoC: I joined SOTI in full time contract capacity. Learning at SOTI is immeasurable. But, like every other product organisation, SOTI's business was impacted by the Big Layoff. The hiring remained slow for almost a year and then none at all. This impacted my role at SOTI and my contract got the last extension of 3 months.
