  • Redcatpig is Portugal's largest independent game studio — 40+ people across three locations, 10+ nationalities, a PlayStation Talents Award, and a dual model that very few studios pull off: original IP development alongside co-development services for AAA studios in Europe and North America.
  • I own the full marketing scope. Brand identity, B2B lead generation, IP marketing, PR, content, LinkedIn, conference presence, and the communications infrastructure that holds all of it together.
  • On the B2B side, I build the pipeline for our co-development, porting, QA, and multiplayer services. That means writing the pitch decks, creating the case studies, managing the outreach, and showing up at GDC, Pocket Gamer Connects, and Web Summit with something worth saying.
  • Our Planet of Lana mobile port became one of the anchor references we use with prospective clients — I turned that project into a story that opens doors.
  • On the IP side, I led the market positioning for HoverShock, our current title in development, and I manage the continued presence of KEO, which crossed 2 million downloads and picked up a PlayStation Talents Award.
  • The work I'm most proud of right now is building the brand identity system from the ground up — workshops with our founders, a voice and tone that's actually ours, and content processes that don't collapse the moment I'm not in the room.
