At my core, I’m driven by a simple belief: education can be the strongest lever for mobility. I’m passionate about building large-scale learning systems that bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in India. Over the last 5 years, I’ve been fortunate to lead (along with my co-founders) Skill-Lync and Crio.Do to become two of India’s most trusted upskilling brands - combining deep industry alignment, hands-on project-based learning, and cutting-edge technologies like GenAI to transform how engineering and software professionals learn. Whether it’s helping a new graduate land their first tech role, empowering rural learners to enter global industries, accelerating career growth of working professionals or enabling companies to future-proof their workforces, I enjoy solving problems that create both economic and human impact. My work sits at the intersection of education, product, and outcomes: designing future-ready programs, scaling high-velocity inside-sales teams, and driving partnerships with software companies, global automotive companies, and government bodies to make industry-relevant upskilling accessible at national scale. Before building in EdTech, I spent the early part of my career in management consulting at Accenture, working with corporates on large-scale transformation and digital programs. This experience gave me a front-row view into how world-class organizations think about talent, process excellence, digital adoption, and execution at scale. The discipline, frameworks, and client-first mindset I developed at Accenture continue to influence how I build products, structure teams, and approach large partnerships today.
