I am a Principal Product Designer focused on 0–1 product development, complex systems, and enterprise platforms. I help teams turn unclear ideas into shippable products by aligning product, design, and engineering, simplifying complex workflows, and driving clarity from early concept through delivery. I’m often brought into ambiguous or fragmented spaces to structure direction, reduce friction, and move work forward. I’ve worked across gaming, multimodal automotive HMI, and enterprise platforms, with a consistent focus on complex systems where interaction, constraints, and scale matter. While the domains differ, the core challenge is the same: making complicated things usable, scalable, and ready to ship. At Microsoft, I co-led the Fluent 2 documentation platform, helping unify fragmented systems into a single source of truth used across product teams, improving consistency, adoption, and cross-team alignment.
