Srini Ramaswamy — Founder
I've always been a doer. Growing up as a professional athlete, playing football and basketball, I learned the discipline, teamwork, and thrill of competition that would shape my life. Little did I know that my athletic journey would lead me to a career in HR, where I've spent the last two & half decades shaping inclusive and high-performing organizations. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in diverse cultures, in India, Singapore, Australia, USA, and London. This global exposure has given me a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for different ways of working and living. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to lead DEI initiatives at Fortune 500 companies like Cisco and Intuit. My approach has always been rooted in the belief that DEI is not just a box to tick, but a core business imperative. By fostering a culture of belonging and respect, organizations can unlock their full potential and create a more innovative and dynamic workplace. Beyond my professional roles, I've been a vocal advocate for social justice and equality. As an advisor to organizations like the Merck Group, Amani Institute, Connecting Dreams Foundation, WEP, TEDx, I've had the opportunity to share my insights on a global stage and inspire others to take action. As a visionary leader, I've always been driven by a desire to make a positive impact. Whether it's empowering LGBTQ+ individuals & allies through Pride Circle (2017), supporting LGBTQ+ SMEs through Rainbow Bazaar (2018), managing talent with Fameworks Entertainment (2018) & transforming Men's Holistic Health & Well-being through Men's Circle India (2025), I'm passionate about creating opportunities and driving social change. I'm a fearless advocate for equality and a firm believer in the power of human connection. I've had the honor of speaking at prestigious events like the United Nations (Berlin) and receiving global recognition for my work by Out & Equal Workplace Advocates (USA), RAHM (London), BD Foundation (India), etc. But my greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the positive impact my efforts have on the lives of others. As a coach and mentor, I'm dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders. I believe that everyone has the potential to make a difference, and it's my job to help them unlock their full potential. I'm a global citizen, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities. Whether I'm working in India or London, my commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable world remains unwavering.
