I’m passionate about people, loyal to a fault and fight for the underdog. Sometimes too outspoken, far from perfect and a work in progress. The business world and especially my 1st love Recruitment is always changing, but right now it’s a white knuckle ride. Adapt or Die? My mates call me daily. I was employer 18 at SThree Plc (Computer Futures). In my first six years, I started and grew their contract business and as a result, we took company revenue from £3m to £258m. On the day of the IPO, whilst delivering 60% of revenue, I created 27 millionaires. I'm an award winning business coach and mentor - Im both strategy and tactical Im straight-shooting as a NED. I give clarity, confidence and courage so my friends succeed. The No 1 rated recruitment advisor? Probably. In my head, obviously.   • I was the 1st to establish regional offices, International business I also innovated bringing Business Protection (checking that clients don't back door candidates) which still today generates £2m pa.
  • I was employee 18 at Computer Futures and grew within the business to become Chairman employing close to 1000 staff running 2000+ contractors from a standing start (5000 as group) as well as grow Europe's #1 Permanent Business.
  • I also established 2 business under the CF Family Channel , Strategic Resource Group (SRG) and HR Staff Search which were both successful and started the SThree diversity drive.
