I am a Research Fellow at the Harvard BIONICS Lab working at the intersection of neural engineering, wearable biosensing, and human–machine interfaces to develop technologies that restore and enhance motor function after neurological injury. My research focuses on decoding neuromotor intent from surface EMG signals to enable intuitive control of neuroprosthetics, exoskeletons, and interactive rehabilitation systems. I have developed real-time AI-based EMG decoding pipelines achieving high-accuracy gesture classification and proportional control for gamified rehabilitation and assistive technologies. I am also interested in closed-loop neurorehabilitation systems that integrate biosignal decoding with neuromodulation and spinal cord stimulation to promote neuroplasticity and improve motor recovery. My broader goal is to combine bioengineering, robotics, neuroscience, and AI to advance next-generation human–machine interfaces and personalized neurorehabilitation technologies.
