I build knowledge for people, organisations and communities to learn, act, and de-risk business Since the last two years, I've been working on creating a deep understanding of elders and elderhood to better guide businesses in being ready for the aging population, which in India will be the population of Brazil by 2036 Currently practicing as a Research Director at PeepalDesign, one of India's first experience design agency, now a global company as a part of Resight Global, I bring in a holistic approach from my experience in branding strategy, service and experiential design and writing. At the core of it, I have always been driven by curiosity and plurality of narratives. Currently living in my 11th city (Bangalore), my ancestral roots originate from Kutchch, Gujarat, while I was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and grew up across the country, having stayed in Indore, Chennai, Nagpur, Raipur, Mumbai (& Navi Mumbai), Gandhinagar, Mithapur, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Pune.   • As the design research lead, I ran sprints to understand the perceptions around sexual wellness in the Indian landscape to discover user needs, wants and desires, to inform brand design and product development.
  • The process informed the launch strategy, brand image, identity and positioning, giving a 'what, why, how, where' of the entire landscape in bigger picture and minute details.
  • This phase ended with a soft launch of the brand.

  • Conducted several research sprints, meeting a number of potential users to understand their current smartphone usage, specific pain points, needs and desires from the different apps they use. Each sprint included a prototype that was tested with the study participants. After every sprint, insights were generated, consolidated into a report that were used to build the next prototype. User archetypes and behavioral patterns of all participants were also mapped to create layered personas.

  • ‘Ekatra’ spinning the wheel exhibited the fellowship outcomes and all the other initiatives by DICRC, CEPT University done with the terracotta craft community of Gundiyali, Kutchch. Having joined DICRC after the fellowship, I was a part of the curation team for the exhibition and also a design fellow, and my fellowship outcomes were a part of the exhibit.
