I focus on transforming Talent Acquisition into a true strategic function by embedding AI into sourcing and recruiting workflows and elevating recruiters into trusted talent advisors who bring market insight, judgment, and influence to the table. The goal is simple: increase capacity, improve quality, and enable faster, smarter hiring decisions without compromising candidate experience. I’m deeply focused on the practical application of AI in TA, using it to reduce low-value work, sharpen signal, and unlock recruiter effectiveness at scale. When done right, AI doesn’t replace recruiters. It raises the bar for what great recruiting looks like.
