With over 15 years of experience spanning education, partnerships, influencer & brand marketing, and sales, I’m a creative and thoughtful marketer with a deep passion for relationship building, influencer marketing, brand representation & storytelling, sustainability, and social impact. I have a Master of Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Education & Psychology from the University of Virginia, bringing a people-first mindset and a multidimensional perspective to my work. Currently, I’m honored to be part of the Yerba Madre (formerly Guayakí) team, overseeing Influencer Marketing and helping shape the next chapter of this mission-driven yerba mate brand rooted in culture, sustainability, and community. I previously served as Marketing Strategy Advisor for PLANT Botanical Spirits, where I supported fundraising efforts and led brand & content marketing initiatives, as well as influencer, celebrity, and B2B partnerships. Prior to that, I consulted for a wellness-focused supplement brand, where I led go-to-market strategy and built the influencer & celebrity partnerships channel, as well as for a DTC luxury home furnishings startup—launching and scaling a full-funnel influencer and affiliate marketing program that contributed to meaningful business growth. And formerly, I was Head of Partnerships and Community Marketing at Outer, a direct-to-consumer outdoor furniture brand. There, I built and scaled the influencer and partnerships channels into the company’s highest-performing marketing vertical. I also spearheaded the Neighborhood Showroom Program, leveraging word-of-mouth and peer-to-peer referrals to drive brand awareness and revenue; managed content creation teams and an integrated brand marketing calendar; oversaw blog and lifecycle marketing; and led sustainability and charitable initiatives. While the first decade of my career was rooted in education, the past seven years working with innovative, future-focused startups have equipped me with a unique blend of strategic, creative, and operational expertise.
