Dr. Jamin Andreas Hübner is a researcher of social ethics, history, and political economy as well as an activist and organizational leader. He has served as a Research Professor of Philosophy, Religion and Economics (LCC International University), professor of organizational behavior and economics (University of the People), professor of economics (Western Dakota Technical Institute), Academic Dean and Director of Institutional Effectiveness, and as a board member of several nonprofits and cooperatives. Hübner’s research has been published by Routledge, Springer Nature, Oxford University, Palgrave MacMillan, Wiley-Blackwell, Taylor & Francis, University of Toronto Press, SAGE, the American Academy of Religion, and other scholarly venues in a variety of fields spanning the humanities and social sciences. He is an ethical vegetarian, ecosocialist and negative utilitarian. Jamin grew up on a farm and ranch near Yankton, South Dakota, and lives in the Paha Sapa (Black Hills).
