I’ve spent over 20 years bringing people together and talking about how others do that too and I’m still as fascinated by what happens in a room full of the right people as I was at the start. My career has been built on curiosity. Asking what’s next, why it matters, and whether the industry is ready for it. That’s led me to build events, host conversations, write, speak, and connect people across a genuinely global community. I care about the quality of ideas in our industry. About elevating the practitioners doing thoughtful, impactful work. And about asking honest questions in spaces where it’s sometimes easier not to. Over two decades I’ve built a platform, a podcast, an exhibition, a community - but the part I value most is the trust that comes with it. People share things with me. They think out loud.
