• At Accenture, I worked with clients on cloud and digital transformation initiatives and supported them in shaping their technology strategy. The role gave me exposure to large scale consulting frameworks and helped me understand how enterprise clients approach transformation, governance, and delivery at scale.
• My time at Accenture was short, but it added valuable perspective to my experience and helped me make clearer choices about the kind of work and impact I wanted to create in the next stage of my career.

• At Atos, I worked as part of the Cloud Centre of Excellence where I helped design and build the Atos Cloud Assessment Tool, a multi tenant platform used to analyse which applications were suitable for large scale cloud transformation. This tool played an important role in helping clients make clear and confident decisions about their cloud journey.
• I also helped shape the industrialized Decision Factory process from idea to validation. I worked on projects that involved large application portfolios and used ACAT to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to the assessment work. This experience gave me a deep understanding of cloud migration planning at scale.
• During my time at Atos, I also set up the product development function for our Media Cloud SaaS offering. I focused on understanding market needs, defining the right features, and ensuring the product could support the company’s growth in new markets.

• Wizzit was an early stage startup I co founded to explore how technology could make music discovery more personal and meaningful. Our goal was to help people enjoy their music in a smarter way. We built a product that made it easy to discover new tracks, understand your own listening habits, and get recommendations based on your taste and your friends.
• My role was to shape the product vision, work with the team on the user experience, and bring together the technology that powered our search and recommendation features. It was a hands on journey where I learned how product design, data, and user behaviour come together to create simple and enjoyable digital experiences.
• This experience strengthened my interest in building products that solve real problems and create value for people in their everyday lives.

• At Saregama, I was responsible for the company’s entire digital technology portfolio across web, mobile apps, mVAS and backend infrastructure. One of my first priorities was to overhaul the technology setup to improve stability and uptime. I led the revamp of the infrastructure and moved it to a high availability cluster which helped us achieve 99.9 percent uptime.
• I also led the launch of the Saregama World Space Radio app across multiple platforms including Android, iOS, Symbian and Blackberry. The goal was to give listeners a smooth and consistent experience no matter which device they used.
• Along with the team, I worked on improving our VAS products and launching new offerings across major telecom operators. These efforts helped Saregama achieve strong growth in digital revenue during that period.
• It was a fast paced role that strengthened my understanding of digital media, consumer experience, and scalable technology operations.

• At Viacom18, I led the technology work for the digital platforms of MTV, Nick, Colors and Vh1. My focus was on improving the portals for these channels, strengthening the infrastructure, and supporting new product development to enhance viewer engagement.
• I worked on launching several social media driven products, especially on the Facebook platform, and took these ideas from concept to launch. I also led the development of custom interactive SMS and mobile applications that supported on air contests and audience engagement for the channels.
• Along with the marketing team and external partners, I helped plan and optimise a range of online and social media campaigns. This role gave me a deeper understanding of digital media, audience behaviour, and the technology needed to support large entertainment brands at scale.

• At UTV, I was responsible for managing the digital platforms of UTVi and the group’s entertainment channels including Bindass, Bindass Movies and World Movies. My work covered everything from requirement gathering and information architecture to development and launch. I led a team of eight and worked closely with editorial, business and vendor partners to deliver high quality digital products.
• One of the key projects was the launch of the UTVi web and WAP portals within three months of joining. The platform offered business news, blogs and near real time market data for stocks, mutual funds and futures and options. We also built financial tools, a portfolio manager and several microsites to support editorial initiatives.
• I set up the technology infrastructure for these platforms which included a load balanced server setup, CDN integration and a data mining solution for processing market feeds. This helped us deliver fast performance, reliable market data and a 99.9 percent uptime.
• I also worked on improving user experience and evaluating third party products to enhance the portal’s value.
• The role required strong coordination with editorial teams, client servicing teams and external vendors to ensure that projects were delivered smoothly. It was a fast paced environment where I learned how to build stable digital products that support both business and editorial goals.

• Emaginationz Solutions was my first entrepreneurial journey. I was responsible for running the company end to end and making sure every part of the business worked smoothly. We won and delivered technology solutions for clients in the U.K., U.S.A, Singapore and India, and built long term relationships with many of them.
• I managed the full project development life cycle for all assignments and worked closely with the technical team to ensure quality delivery. I also encouraged the team to explore new technologies, including early work on DRM and location based services, which helped us stay ahead of what clients were starting to look for.
• This experience gave me a strong foundation in building teams, managing clients across different regions and running a technology business from the ground up.
