As an experienced senior leader and change agent, I have the privilege of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams across the globe, and have done it in both private and public sectors. My journey has taken me through the energy, engineering consulting, mining & metals, and industrial sectors, where I've honed my skills in end-to-end business development and general management. From strategy formulation and execution via M&A, portfolio rationalization, business transformation, brownfield and greenfield projects, to trading and supply, operational readiness, sales and marketing, and P&L management, I've worked with new ventures, SMEs, and large corporations, always striving to deliver superior results. In my current role at ABB, I support the growth of a $8bln global business in the industrial sector by leading multidisciplinary teams in the design, optimization, and implementation of products, solutions, and business models via organic and inorganic portfolio actions, that deliver value for our customers whilst helping them run leaner operations at lower costs and emissions. Building and nurturing diverse, high-performing, cross-cultural teams is something I’m passionate about. I also serve as a Board Advisor, collaborate with academia, and consult with startups, guiding them as they set up, grow, and scale new businesses. With a global growth mindset and a sharp commercial and strategic outlook, my career has allowed me to live and work in both developed and emerging countries across five continents.
