I'm a 5x best-selling author, TED and keynote speaker, and professionally trained futurist. My passion and mission is to create future ready leaders, employees, and organizations. I've written five best-selling books which are: Leading with Vulnerability (2023), The Future Leader (Wiley, 2020), The Employee Experience Advantage (Wiley, 2017), The Future of Work (Wiley, 2014), and The Collaborative Organization (McGraw Hill, 2012).
