I’m a product leader who thrives at the intersection of design, data, and human behavior. I build products and teams that scale with intention, translating complex problems into clear strategies and products that people genuinely love to use. Over the course of my career, I’ve led high-growth teams across Kayak, Spotify, Netflix, Hinge, and Lex. At Kayak, I drove the shift from desktop to mobile, increasing monetization tenfold. At Netflix, I launched new features in Kids & Family that reshaped how families engage globally. At Spotify, I aligned fast-moving teams around personalization and AI, creating experiences that sharpened the company’s core value. At Hinge, I served as Chief Product Officer during a period of rapid growth, evolving the company's strategy, expanding to Gen Z and international markets, scaling the org, and tripling both user base and revenue. Most recently, I co-founded Lex, a queer-founded, community-first social platform for LGBTQ+ people to connect, date, and organize.
