• I have an excellent training and experience in management of all varieties of Bone, Joint & Soft tissue tumours including Spine tumours. I also deal with Complex Joint Reconstruction, Revision Joint Surgery, Robotic Joints and Spine, all kinds of bone and joint infections.
• Comprehensive and successful treatment of such conditions often lead to debilitating and massive anatomical defects and functional limitations : my interests lie in deploying innovative surgical and medical strategies to maximise functional results in all such patients. This includes and is not limited to regularly using techniques like PSI implants, 3D printed implants, Allo-prosthetics, Growing implants, ECRT and Allograft based reconstructions, Robotic and Navigated surgeries, Masquelet technique with modifications amongst lot others.
• A large part of my time is devoted to healthcare consulting related to designing and optimal usage of 3D printed and PSI implants and I believe this is only going to increase in future with rationalising costs of such tech and burgeoning Indian medical device industry. Also - with more and more people undergoing primary joint surgeries at an early age, the market for such devices is only going to increase.
• I have a passionate interest in medicolegal consulting and hope to further this in near future with a formal legal training.
• Alongside I have recently taken up a leadership role in Apollo Hospitals group in which I am using all my acquired skills and knowledge to streamline services and deliver results.
