Hey! I am Jack! As a hands-on recruitment leader, I thrive on the dual challenge of building world-class talent teams and architecting best in class AI machinery for talent. On any given day, you'll find me: Mentoring my team through structured 1:1s, sourcing jams, and continuous development initiatives. Partnering with senior leaders to ensure our hiring strategy aligns perfectly with their business goals. Getting hands-on to solve tough hiring problems, close marquee roles, and provide cover to ensure we never lose momentum. Building out AI solutions such as web apps and agents to drive efficiency whilst improving our operational backbone, from implementing new systems like Ashby to running audits that ensure quality and efficiency. Ultimately, my goal is to build a resilient, effective, and motivated recruitment function that the business can always depend on.
