• 3. DELIVER & GROW CI LEADERSHIP & CULTURE: Support the leadership teams / Business / Continuous Improvement Master or Deployment Lead to establish the Improvement agenda for the businesses.
• Work through the CI Master/Deployment Lead to engage with HR/ Organisation Effectiveness in terms of leadership development requirements where these are identified.
• Demonstrate understanding the current situation and future vision, establishing relevant benchmarks/metrics and framing improvement programs to close the gaps.
