Bipul Sinha is an entrepreneur, engineer, and venture capitalist. He is the Chairman, Co-Founder, & CEO of Rubrik, Inc. Bipul leads Rubrik’s mission to secure and accelerate the world’s AI transformation. Rubrik Security Cloud delivers complete cyber resilience by securing, monitoring, and recovering data, identities, and workloads across clouds. Rubrik Agent Cloud accelerates trusted AI agent deployments at scale by monitoring, governing, and remediating agentic actions. In April 2024, Rubrik completed it's IPO and now trades on NYSE: RBRK. Previously, Bipul was a Partner at Lightspeed where he focused on software, mobile, and Internet sectors. Before Lightspeed, Bipul worked at Blumberg Capital. His venture investments included Nutanix (Nasdaq: NTNX), Pulse News, Bromium, PernixData, and Hootsuite. He brought together the founders of Braze (Nasdaq: BRZE). Bipul also held engineering positions at Oracle Corporation, American Megatrends, and IBM. Bipul received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur where he was bestowed with the Distinguished Alumnus Award. Bipul completed his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School where he was a Palmer Scholar and bestowed with the Penn Wharton Entrepreneurship Award. Bipul holds several patents in distributed computing.
