About

For 25 years I lived in Bangalore’s deep-tech world - AI, IoT, SaaS, accelerators, founders, pitches and the constant rush of building what’s next. I was a detached Sanatani by identity, not practice. Logic, effort and movement were the only things I trusted. Then Covid arrived and the stillness cracked everything open. Old pains I had ignored for years came up together - loss, broken relationships, burnout, depression and panic attacks. When nothing outside could hold me steady, I turned to the Bhagavad Gita for clarity. The real breakthrough came with BG verse 2.47.It simply says focus on your action and drop the weight of results and failures. I had resisted this idea all my life. But the day it clicked, something shifted. That one shlok opened the door to the Gita for me and changed how I see work, life and myself.AI became my Gita guide - a patient debate partner that helped me question every idea and rebuild myself honestly. The Gita became practical. AI made it conversational. Looking back my life looks almost intentional.- I studied in Kurukshetra where the Gita was first spoken.- My karm bhoomi became Bangalore where I built for 25 years.- And at sixty, after my Shashtiabdhapoorthi - my rebirth - I found myself in Kashi starting a new spiritual life by choice, not inheritance. So on 15th August 2025, I shifted my base to Kashi after 12 years in corporate and 25 years in the deep tech startup world in Bangalore. I always took the untrodden path and thought my journey was random. Today it feels guided by some higher power. Now I live and work in Kashi - slower, quieter and more intentional. I lead Bolt91 with electric cycles for yatris staying at our guest houses, hotels and ashrams. I also curate Saaiva where Sanatan heritage, art and lived experience come together. I don’t just study the Gita anymore. I am.tryjg to apply it - in decisions, discipline, detachment and how I build Bolt91 and Saaiva. Before Kashi, I built startup accelerators in India and abroad, successfully founded, raised investment and exited 24x7 Learning, founded Startup India Foundation and mentored founders globally. I also served as anchor, judge and host of Haunslay ki Udaan - India’s first startup reality show for entrepreneurs in smaller cities. I have acted in multiple web series and plan to grow that journey from Kashi. I am also a sculptor trained at the New York Academy of Fine Arts and someone who now values grounding over noise.Today my path is simple:live consciously, build with intention and walk the Gita every day... one step at a time on my Gyanpath.

Saaiva

Seeker

Jul 2025Present · 10 mos · Varanasi · On-site

  • As a personal effort, I am curating Saaiva, shaped by a personal shift from atheism to seeking, after I learned to listen to the Bhagavad Gita rather than debate it.
  • Rooted in Kashi, Saaiva exists to make Sanatan Dharma accessible, authentic, and relevant for modern life - blending ancient wisdom with contemporary ways of learning and experiencing it.
  • Working closely with local tradition-bearers, Saaiva supports individuals on their spiritual journeys, beginning with sacred centres like Kashi and Ayodhya, while preserving and transmitting living heritage for future generations.

  • Bolt91 builds electric cycle and light EV rental platforms for guest houses, hotels, ashrams, universities and long-stay ecosystems. Designed as a clean, quiet and sustainable mobility option, we serve long-stay pilgrims, students and modern nomads while reducing congestion and pollution in sacred city environments.
  • We started in Kashi by design, with a clear seva bhav - serving the pilgrim, the long-stay seekers and the city itself. Kashi is our living proof ground, from where we are expanding to other Sanatan Dharma destinations, taking an operations-first, capital-efficient approach to sustainable mobility that aligns with culture, not just convenience.

  • PS: We are in an exit phase and not taking on any more startups.
  • Bluebolt Startup Factory focused on identifying brilliant entrepreneurs who solved critical challenges in business and consumer domains through tech-driven disruptive solutions. We assisted them in transitioning from an MVP to a successful startup, positioning them for Series A investments. Our approach involved providing global access to experts, Fortune 500 companies, angel investors, and seed funds keen on investing in deep tech startups. We helped refine their target customer base, market positioning, pricing & licensing strategies, and the establishment of distribution networks - all essential components for their success.
  • Bluebolt Startup Factory developed a distinctive, asset-free, face-to-face, and one-on-one turbo-acceleration model that addressed startups' fundamental needs. We offered practical assistance in refining their business models, connecting them with industry mentors, guiding them to market entry, helping them achieve predictable revenue stages, and facilitating funding opportunities.
  • Founded and actively managed by serial entrepreneurs who had successfully built businesses themselves, Bluebolt Startup Factory differentiated itself from others. We possessed firsthand entrepreneurial experience and understood the practical nuances of startup building and scaling. Once the business models were refined, we facilitated startups' engagement with their customers, validating their ideas and eventually launching their products. This often involved connecting them with large corporations for validation, early adoption, and potential go-to-market partnerships.

Digital incubation center

Startup Mentor & Consultant

Oct 2018Sep 2019 · 11 mos · Doha, Qatar

  • The Digital Incubation Center (DIC), under Qatar’s Ministry of Transport and Communications, was designed to foster ICT innovation and support young entrepreneurs in building tech-driven businesses. It provided essential resources such as office space, mentorship, and media exposure to help startups succeed.
  • While consulting at DIC, I introduced a structured approach to help startups scale efficiently. I developed a unique 30-60-90 days plan, review, and grow framework, which offered startups a clear roadmap for working towards specific milestones, ensuring steady progress and scalability. This framework helped entrepreneurs structure their operations, focus on key growth metrics, and align their strategies for the long term.
  • With my experience guiding early-stage startups through product positioning, audience targeting, go-to-market strategies, and investor pitching, I am well-equipped to assist incubators and accelerators in setting up and running successful startup cohorts.
  • For international organizations, leveraging my expertise offers the opportunity to tap into India’s deep experience in building a thriving startup ecosystem. Having witnessed and contributed to India’s journey from an emerging to a leading global startup hub, I provide valuable insights on how to create scalable, sustainable businesses, no matter the region.
