I led business development and strategic planning, managed day-to-day operations, and built partnerships that grew our company's revenue from zero to $20 million annually.
In the early 2000s, I recognized server virtualization as a key strategy for our company. I led the formation of strategic partnerships with VMware, IBM, and NetApp. Under my leadership, we completed over 500 virtualization and infrastructure modernization projects for mid-market and enterprise organizations.
I developed WeCloud as the first IaaS cloud solution to provide mid-market organizations with on-demand computing and storage capacity. In the first two years, we expanded our customer base from just a few to around one hundred, increasing our business by 25%.
