• I connected the military community to workforce development opportunities. As a Fellowship Program Manager of Hiring Our Heroes’ Career Forward Program, I helped transitioning service members, military spouses, and veterans upskill and reskill as they completed Google Career Certificates via the Coursera e-Learning platform. Once they completed their Google Career Certificates, I helped connect graduates to fellowship or direct hire opportunities with companies ready to hire.
• To help my customers, I designed and facilitated learning and professional development webinars to include onboarding, networking, and job searching, and work closely with Google team members to host resume and interview workshops. I loved helping the military community take their professional development to the next level – whether it was for a career change, a promotion, or returning to the workforce.
• With support from Google and a $10M grant, I helped launch the program in November 2021 and celebrated surpassing the program’s annual goal in the first month with 1000+ learners enrolled.

• I managed a collection of programs providing training and education services for military customers and teams pursuing personal and professional growth. I collaborated with my team and military executives to design, build, and scale learning programs and projects pertaining to leadership development and readiness, and expanded programs to support customers not only in Okinawa, Japan, but also to remote customers throughout Southeast Asia. Leading team-building centric programs, I loved being able to recruit, hire, and build teams serving the military community as well as partnering with military leaders to increase team cohesion and workforce development.

• I led a diverse team of 12 professionals supporting the military community, specifically service members and families with special medical or educational needs. I managed operations and logistics to support over 2,000 cases across two military installations and analyzed program data and facilitated compliance requirements and expectations. In addition, I oversaw the planning and execution of program projects, training, and events.

Planned, organized, and facilitated weekly seminars and supplemental workshops; managed and facilitated an executive seminar for senior military customers pursuing an executive career track post-military.
