Having previously spent almost a decade building call center software at Conversocial (acquired by Verint), I'm incredibly excited by the inflection point that we've with voice AI, which can now fully automate voice calls in the contact center. Previously I was co-founder & CEO of SCiFi Foods, a cultivated meat company backed by a16z; and the cofounder & CEO of iPlatform, one of the world's first Facebook app agencies (acquired by Betapond).
