As a registered nurse and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), I have dedicated my career to advancing healthcare quality measurement, disease management, health promotion, and performance improvement. Currently, I serve as Senior Principal Solution Engineer at Inovalon, supporting sales and marketing efforts for the Inovalon ONE™ technology product suite. I provide subject matter expertise in Quality Measurement & Quality Improvement, CMS 5-Star, Risk Score Accuracy, Value Based Care, Provider Reporting, and Electronic Data Capture. Previously, I worked as a Product Service Manager for Inovalon's Converged Quality solution, assisting health plans with all aspects of quality measurement production and reporting. I've helped organizations successfully report quality measures to NCQA, CMS, and other state regulatory agencies. My experience also includes serving as a Certified HEDIS® Compliance Auditor for 5 years, auditing over 30 health plans and issuing audit opinions for more than 75 HEDIS®, CMS, and state regulatory reports. I'm proud to have received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Kansas.
