I’ve embraced those traits and today I thrive on conversations with customers asking questions to understand the intricacies of their businesses, dissecting their sales cycles and uncovering what truly moves revenue and relationships. At Paperflite, I lead an amazing Enterprise Customer Success team partnering with global customers on large-scale implementations and driving adoption to help them take control of their content and use insights to empower their sales teams. I also help bring HeySales to life with customers, implementing and scaling our AI-powered sales training and coaching platform, and shaping Paperflite into a full-funnel revenue enablement platform.
