About

I lead the programs that connect SAS users with each other and with experts at SAS, helping them to be more productive and happy with their SAS software. I've used SAS software myself for decades (and as a developer, I even helped to create some of it). I have produced many presentations, papers, books, blog articles and videos about all of the cool features that I love about SAS. Notably, I am an author of 3 editions of SAS For Dummies (published by Wiley). I care about inclusion in our workplace and industry. I created an "%include every(one);" design that has been adopted by SAS users (on t-shirts and stickers) all over the world. (See my Featured work in my profile for info.)
