Wore multiple hats—marketing, HR, sales, accounts, admin, and operations—while building two companies from ground up, totally bootstrapped. Here's a quick peek: ⭐️ 2010 - Started my entrepreneurial journey in the first year of college. Launched a magazine. My first experience of crowdfunding, building team, and setting up systems. Lead the team as the editor-in-chief. Received appreciation from JNU and IIT, Delhi. ⭐️ 2014 - Decided to start a marketing agency, XOR Labs, while in the 8th semester of college. Taught myself performance marketing and sales; learnt to setup to processes. Now, running with a team of 42 people managing 7 cr in ad budget per month. ⭐️ 2018 - Launched a SaaS product, Vaizle, which helped marketers with social media analytics. Became one of the most successful product launch on AppSumo. ⭐️ 2021 - Took myself out of the marketing operations to focus on growing XOR Labs and Vaizle. Have onboarded 7 enterprise clients since then. And grown services to include copywriting, creatives, and SEO ⭐️ 2022 and now - Decided to add ad analytics feature in Vaizle.   • The Epicenter was a team of people that published college magazines and newsletters What a journey it was to start a magazine of my own. Tried so many things for the first time from building team to raising funds.
  • Created editorial guidelines that allowed writers and team to function without my involvement. I was responsible for planning the content for magazine and overseeing its execution from idea to publishing. Launched an interview division where we would interview thought leaders, local leaders, and influencers. Published Rtd IPS Officer, Kiran Bedi's 6-point action plan for the Delhi election.
  • Tried my hands on funding for the first time. Crowdfunding, to be precise. We raised funds from people by asking them to subscribe to our magazine for a 1-month, 3-months, and 5-months subscription.
  • Without any past experience in hiring, I, with my team, developed a strategy to bring in new recruits for the role of writing, marketing, and editing.
