• As an Area Director I was responsible for four clubs of Toastmasters International in District 98 Division A. I had two community clubs (Amdavad Toastmasters & Heritage City Toastmasters) and two corporate clubs (TCS Be@t and TCS Kalpak) to guide. Learnt a lot about leading in a community where one has to get the work done by influencing others as there is no formal authority.
