I believe the two most important skills for leaders in the next decade are relevance (leveraging AI) and resilience (maintaining health). My content draws from working with global founders and tech leaders, shared with a community of 39,000+ across my channels. As the Head of Google for Startups (Emerging Markets), I’ve spent the last 12+ years working with founders from across the globe. I’ve seen firsthand that while technology changes fast, the human operating system often struggles to keep up. My work is focused on bridging that gap. What I focus on: 1) The Ecosystem (The Network): Get inside the room. I share the unfiltered lessons and “Aha!” moments from my meetings with global founders and investors. 2) Practical AI: Helping leaders cut through the hype and use tools like Gemini to build real leverage. 3) Founder Health: Advocating for "protecting the asset" (you) to prevent burnout and ensure sustainable growth. The Backstory: I am an entrepreneur at heart. Before my current role, I founded the gaming team at Google Israel and launched Game On! Asia, the region's premier mobile gaming podcast. I’ve spent years mentoring startups across EMEA and Asia on growth, monetization, and partnerships. Beyond the office, I am committed to using my energy for social good.
