I’ve always paid attention when opportunity knocks. Growing up in different parts of the world, often with limited means, taught me early that progress is rarely linear and that hope and despair can exist side by side. Those experiences shaped my curiosity about how the world works, how people make decisions, and how circumstance, access, and timing can change outcomes. That curiosity has only deepened as technology has accelerated both possibility and consequence. MResult began the way many meaningful journeys do: with an opportunity met by curiosity. What started as a chance to do good work and learn quickly became a platform for helping organizations make sense of complexity and act with confidence. Over the last two decades, MResult has grown into a global data, analytics, and AI consulting firm, partnering with a select group of global organizations on some of their most important decisions. As the company evolved, so did my understanding of leadership. I’ve learned that sustainable growth comes not from control, but from trust. My focus has always been on enabling people to take ownership, lead with confidence, and grow beyond the boundaries of titles or résumés. I look for intent, curiosity, and the hunger to do better, and I’ve seen that mindset create lasting impact for clients, teams, and communities. In parallel, I support early-stage founders as a co-founder and investor, offering mentorship, perspective, and capital as they navigate scale, technology, and leadership. Giving back is an essential part of my life. I’m a major donor to the YMCA Naik Family Branch in Mystic, Connecticut, reflecting my belief in strengthening communities that expand opportunity for others. In 2024, I was honored with the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award, one of Karnataka’s highest civilian honors, for leadership and community impact. Outside of work, I fly as a commercial pilot (instrument-rated and jet type-rated), which keeps me close to clients and teams around the world. I also captain offshore vessels and spend time boating along the U.S. East Coast. I’m a long-distance runner, having completed the New York City and Philadelphia Marathons, and a PADI-certified scuba diver who enjoys exploring the world from a different perspective. These pursuits keep me grounded, curious, and constantly learning. I’m grateful for my family and for the privilege of leading a global team solving complex, meaningful problems with humility, responsibility, and care.
