• VF competes amongst Telecom's largest and is transforming from a connectivity provider into a technology company. I managed a portfolio of projects supporting B2B sales, fulfillment and billing of IOT, SaaS offerings, and Big Data projects. Managed a team of 2-5 architects. Liaising with stakeholders of different seniorities and departments such as IT technical people, cyber security, CRM Business, Digital Channels, Finances and Reporting, Data Experts and Regulatory.
• Contributed to architectural designs addressing challenges in telco fulfillment, digital channels and OpenID Connect Authentication contributing to the Digital Transformation and reduction of technical debt. Increasing the user base from 2% to 20%.
• Integrated AppDirect Marketplace e-commerce with fulfillment, billing and financial reporting enabling the IOT and SaaS offers. Integrations with Oracle (on Oracle Cloud), Salesforce, Legacy on premise, AWS, GCP and Azure, and the new Digital B2B e-commerce solution on GCP. Technical infrastructure architecture, changes and deployments involved. Bringing £10M in sales of services.
• Proposed data enrichments to keep the complex legacy CRM landscape in sync for the unified billing. Meeting robust financial requirements by transforming data through Telco journeys, through data modeling and changes on the systems integration. Reducing infringements by 5%.
• Presented a Business Processes Maturity Model and advanced the Architecture Discipline Maturity.
• Sliced and diced the Master Data Management Program addressing Data Governance, Data Quality, Systems Integrations, and Graph-based Data De-duplication. Created several scenarios and the definitive architecture of the program. The MDM program involved a Data Lake on GCP fetching data from 71 data sources using GCP Dataflow ETLs and BigQuery. Data SOurces on Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, premisses, AWS, GCP and Azure. Technical infrastructure architecture, changes and deployments involved.

• Printing B2B business, project to enable Digital budgeted 1.2M£ year, Digital Interact Platform in AWS and Kubernetes. Team was shaped to a different industry, was interdisciplinary (developers, devops, designers) and globally distributed (on behalf of german Prodyna). Designed solutions for two multidisciplinary squads of 14 people each.
• Lead the team into understanding the requirements, collaborating and delivering, by using mediation and sense of humour.
• Participated in the architecture and implementation of DXP and e-commerce Liferay integration with Amazon Cognito that allows Sigle Sign On, federated authentication for the B2B clients. WLT has many Fortune 500 very large corporate clients who want to seamlessly login the platform
• Operated a Kubernetes Cluster in AWS Cloud spin up when AWS would still not support out of the box kubernetes clusters.
• Supported the containerasation and cloud migration of a legacy Java application.

• Diagnosed the IT operations, identifying opportunities for $4M year savings and $200M year risk reduction (legacy obsolescence and cyber).
• Lead due diligences in cooperation with the regional CISO, proposing mitigatory actions to C-Level and Audit that guided technology and operations in a $2 bi year M&A health insurance broking operation. Modeled an original Business Capabilities Model to the Broker Industry. Created the Business Maturity Model Roadmap.
• Produced 5 Architectural Solutions for the key strategic initiatives in the region each budgeting $20-80M, and cooperated in other 10 regional and global projects providing guidance; including - Business Intelligence, DevOps, Data Governance, Affinity PMS, Digital Platform, Self Service Insurance Platform, Data Centre Consolidation, Cloud Migration, B2B Massive File Processing and Load in IBM BAW (former FileNet).
• Developed and applied an original methodology for calculating IT Total Cost of Ownership in a complex legacy composed of 12 data centres (when two were needed), 210 applications (when 60 were needed) and 12 IT units. Developed and applied an unprecedented methodology to calculate revenue generated and return on investment for this complex operation.

• Addressed and solved 2 years accumulated support tickets related to 400 vfx softwares in 6 different programming languages, cleaning up the queue and opening way to innovation and new systems adoption.
• Problem solved with the networks team to get to new topologies and refactor a complex global network segregating advertisement and film meshes, optimising queues in ngnix and reaching Shanghai office behind great wall and Google cloud behind Technicolor perimeter, enabling growth and compliance to new regulations.
• Delivered a DevOps capability with CI/CD and testing, updating software to latest advancements, lowering costs, and improving security.
• Managed a creative project team with design and development and formulated the algorithm delivered in iOS Application Data Calc Pro 2 industry reference in dropped frames calculations, facing industry controversy and need to refresh due to obsolescence.
