• At Santos, I worked with the Shipo Team for various service integrations. I further, coordinated with the Heavy & Bulky Team to generate return labels for the customer returns unit. Several HLDs and LLDs were designed for smooth functioning of the newer services before launch. All of these integrations are currently live.

• As an SDM @ TFS, I led a team of 7-8 SDE-2s and together we worked to resolve legacy issues in the Transportation Financial Systems (TFS). It involved working on the OE Load Reduction, DDOS Attack Filter, fixing the equivalent scac mapping in INPUT, etc that had an impact of ~1MM+ data pipeline messages for invoices to be loaded in the system. Overall, with the efforts, our team reduced the OE load by ~50%. The same was recognized by the leadership, followed by multiple accolades, and VP recognition.
• As an SDM @ Santos, my team worked on the shipping label generation for buyers/customers. It involved working with the Shipo Team and other tech stakeholders to launch the feature. I also worked on the "Buy with Prime" button integration for small business owner's websites.

• As an SDM, I managed an automation project with my team of four. We worked to automatically transfer funds to the customer's bank account from any company-operated wallet, such as Upwork. It too involved working with multiple clients spread across the globe with strict deadlines as it involved payments. Further, the legacy codebase has its own downsides and is tough to modify often. We worked to design a new service and eliminated the dependency on legacy systems. It helped to quickly deal with the crucial tasks that revolved around payment modes and quick transfers.

• As an SDE-2, I developed and implemented a Real-Time Fraud Detection system. The system would work based on data patterns, timing thresholds, and automated action sets. Based on the events triggered, computerized actions such as flagging the account as suspicious, keeping the account on hold, etc. This system helped the overall businesses to monitor their customer traffic and take action accordingly. It involved working with multiple stakeholders within strict deadlines.

• As an SDE, my first project revolved around Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth. I designed and implemented a micro-service that powered the Ground Truth service. It created a pipeline of events and was designed to track events being published by various humans who choose to train the ML model by identifying objects appropriately. This involved dealing with huge data traffic (1200 messages/second) from customers and run-time updates to classify objects.

• As an Intern, I worked on developing the Bluetooth Connectivity for Amazon Echo Show. It involved working with Java and C++ to do the operating system-level coding. This project enabled various Bluetooth services such as Discover Near-By Devices, Audio Streaming, and Voice-Based Commands that are commonly used today. Further, the work done as part of this project led to the discovery of Alexa Cards that enable quick commands such as "Alexa, what does the weather look like today?".

• While at Impetus, I handled a D&B project related to Credit Scores. It involved working on Java frameworks such as Maven, Struts, etc. I also worked with the backend SQL databases to fetch the raw data, convert it into useful information, and implement the API calls. I contributed to the Java 4 to 8 migration, fixing upgrade issues for changes made in the core libraries of Java. My work was appreciated across the organization and I also received accolades from the client.
