• It is an online crowdmapping platform (www.safecity.in) to track reports of sexual abuse and harassment. It converts the data into hotspots of unsafe areas on city maps. Currently working in India, Kenya, Cameroon and Nepal.
• Key achievements:
• Management and development of Safecity from a project to a registered organisation Red Dot Foundation, a Sec 8 not for profit company under the Company’s Act of India.
• Gave a talk at TEDx MidAtlantic in Sept 2015.
• Won “Female Entrepreneur of the Year” Award by Dusan Stojanovic (European Angel Investor of the year 2013) and “Digital Women Award” by She The People and Axis Bank.
• Safecity is one of the world’s most inspiring social Tech for Good innovations listed by Nominet Trust.
• Spoke at Aspen Ideas Festival 2015 as part of the Aspen New Voices Fellowship. My 2 min big idea for the festival was voted one of the top 5 ideas of the festival. I also spoke at a Panel on future generation of global health leaders and explained my motivation in the Undaunted series.

• Route Planning – Develops and manages the airline route network in order to maximize value from the network of services internally and with external partners whilst reconciling market conditions and opportunities with operational considerations. This involves recommending new routes, additional frequencies, capacity changes and more competitive timings.
• Scheduling – Responsible for the integrity of the schedule upto 72 hours prior to departure. Develops flight schedules and timetables as well as operating plans on a seasonal basis.
• Slot co-ordination - Responsible for face-to-face meetings with airports and tourism authorities where necessary and desirable to accelerate slot co-ordination both domestic and international.
• Charters – Evaluates charter requests and charter pricing on the Kingfisher fleet as well as the Chairman’s private fleet of aircraft.
• Liaison with government authorities – Monitors compliance of government regulations and submits reports on a regular basis to the Indian DGCA.
• Currently working on ISO certification for the department.
